Why we can't sleep quickly?

There are many factors which do not let us sleep quickly. Some of them are, having coffee or tea in the late evening or may be change of sleep pattern. This can be rescheduled if you try to. Other reason is light. Many of us can't sleep where there is a lot of lights. It's because of our habit, since childhood we like to sleep in dark. Now it became a part of our life.
This all are some of the physical dilemmas. Now let's peek what problems does our mind faces. The most common reason because of which many of us can't sleep is stress and worries. Both of this are co- related. Because of worries, stress take up the opportunity and enters our life. Every one of us have this things in our life. It's like, life is incomplete without them. We had made it like that. In the day there may be some incident which worries us. During the day time we are tangled in our activities,which helps us to be distracted from both of them. But as we enter our bed, they get their independence and attacks us. We get ourselves almost devoted to them. We even forget that this is the time to sleep. Have some rest. But they influence our mind in their on way that, even if we close our eyes and try to sleep, purposely we can't . They overloads our mind. They can even watse our  next day by making us feel tired because of sleeplessness. And even if, we somehow get succeeded to sleep, they come in our dreams to make them horrible. We can cease them if we try. Just by admitting a new small practise in our daily routine. Before you go to bed, meditate atleast for ten minutes. It will gradually show its effect and you will have better and deeper sleep.
